HOW IT WORKS

Intrudair gives warranty for the material, the quality and the lifespan of the suit if the product shows production failures. The repairs are done for free but if the suit cannot be repaired, we replace it. The warranty does not include repairs of failures and fading of colours caused by accident, misusage, carelessness, wearing away.

It is important that the problem must be reported in time, please write email or phone, because we can only solve the warranty problems in 30 days after delivering.

Intrudair does not give warranty for damages caused during delivery, please call us immediately and we will report the damage to the courier company.

The warranty does not include stains and burns. Unforseen accidents can happen with even the most carefully handled suits. We gladly take on the repairs if possible and inform you about the costs of the repairs and the delivery.

All our suits are tailor made thus we do not offer refunds but depending on the circumstances we may offer a replacement product or a store credit/voucher.

REPAIR
Wearing away
Intrudair tries to use the best technologies and materials but the signs of wearing away will appear sooner or later even if you use the suits carefully, this is inevitable. The warranty does not include wearing away.
Who pays the costs of the warranty delivery?
The customer pays the costs of the warranty delivery to Intrudair. We can recommend courier companies if necessary. Intrudair does not take responsibility for the lost of parcels during the delivery. Intrudair pays the cost of the warranty delivery back to the customer.
Shipping back
IMPORTANT: If You are outside of EU please write an e-mail before sending back the product, and We arrange the carrier.
Important notes about suits to repair:

Please send us a photo of the damaged parts if possible and send a short description about the damage and also indicate it on the suit with a colourful ribbon or a pin. Send the suit without contamination (otherwise cleaning costs 15 euros). Include your name, address, email address and telephone number with the suit that you send to repair. In case of repairs not included in the warranty, we can only give you a price offer after a preliminary consultation.

PRINTING

IMPORTANT NOTES

Printed color VS factory color

Please note that printed colors won’t be as intense as factory dyed fabrics (especially bright, UV colors). For example, our default talsan orange color will be more intense as printed orange.

Colors: on monitor VS physical

Please note that colors you see on your monitor can not be printed exactly the same. There will be slight dierences that we cannot guarantee, although we do our best to match them as close as possible.

Crossing patterns

Please try to avoid graphics crossing sewing lines / zippers. It is possible to match in some cases, but keep in mind that there is some risk that the pattern may not match 100% at the sewing lines. We do our best to make it as close as possible. Graphics crossing sewing lines also add extra design cost.

Design plan vs nal product

Please note that the design plans are mockups, not 100% representing the final product. These mockups are meant to give an overall view of your customized suit. The details will be rened to their nal state during production. We do our best to match the product to the design plan, but keep in mind that we might slightly alter the artwork if the production requires and cannot guarantee matching 100% with the desgin plan.

Storing files

Although most of the time we store your graphic les (logos, design plans) for long, please note that we cannot guarantee storing them more than 30 days.

Design cost

When choosing custom design, extra design cost will be added depending the complexity of the work. Above stock printing fee, we count 20€ / h design fee, which will show in the price section at your info screen provided.

Copyright issues

Please note that we can’t print copyrighted material without express permission or license from its creators.

Delivery time

Choosing custom printed suit can add 2 extra weeks to the leading time, including graphic work and the printing itself.

Washing & Care

Please wash your suit in cold water rst. Later on don't wash it with higher temperature than 30 °C! Don't let your suit stay in the water after the washing, and avoid ironing the printed parts directly.
